The hugely popular BBC Radio Ulster Gardeners’ Corner visited the gardens early Last November. The programme’s presenter, David Maxwell, talked to Dr Steve Waldren, Curator, and Mick McCann and Liz Bird, long-time gardeners, about the garden’s collections, its role in research, conservation and outreach today, and the inspiration the gardens provide through the seasons.
