Connect with nature this autumn on a half-day Nature Connection Workshop with Dr Kamila Kwasniewska. Practise shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) and learn the art of ikebana as you meditate on the beauty of nature and the creativity it awakens.
By participating in this Nature Connection Workshop you will learn new ways to tune into nature on an emotional level and draw nature into yourself.
