Botanical Art with Mary Dillon

Visual artist, Mary Dillion, continues her Autumn art series at the gardens with a two-day introduction to botanical drawing and watercolour illustration. In this practical workshop students will be guided through the meditative process of creating a piece of botanical art, from deep observance of the plant subject to it’s taking form through pencil drawing and watercolours onto the page. Immerse yourself in the wonder of plants and create your own unique artwork in the tranquil surroundings of Trinity College Botanic Garden.
